As we move into Spring, and the new seeds of our life begin to take root again, we must remember that clearing space inside ourselves will ensure that we bloom in our truest form.
Join us for a half day workshop perfectly placed right before the Spring Equinox. The spring equinox is a perfect time to shed layers and start the process of rebirth - whatever that might look like for you. This could mean working on the relationships in your life, focusing more deeply on yourself, or even eating more mindfully in order to give your body what it deserves.
A note from Leah:
Learning to love ourselves is an organic process, full of twists and turns. Just like any relationship, we can get careless and if left unattended too long, we distance ourselves from that love. Spend a day bridging the gap between the self and love. Define what it is to honor our deepest desires, to accept our wholeness, and to witness our innate light. When we commit to cultivating a love like that within ourselves, we become one with it. Love embodied.
In this workshop you will:
-Learn what ways you may be distancing yourself from yourself.
-Create space around your desires to see what drives them.
-Honor yourself more deeply by integrating LOVE into your new self awareness.
-Strengthen your ability to connect with yourself and others.
Day Of Logistics:
The day will start with a group circle and short meditation in order to ground in. We will then move into the workshop portion where Leah has constructed detailed learnings, group activities and reflections for us. After our discussion, we will put into practice our new awareness through art! Each person will be given a canvas and paints to create their own self love expression.
At the end of the workshop, we will have a cacao social hour with light vegetarian bites included. The gathering will be at Taylor’s new home in the Rockridge hills in Oakland. Weather permitting we might do part of the workshop outside!
Please bring a water bottle, yoga mat or pillow for comfort and your journal. Plus, layers in case we go outside.
Total cost = $45 per person
Please pay via paypal here: https://www.paypal.me/doseoftay
